  On 4/2/18 I am changing my review. I just thought about selling my car that I bought from them, it turns out there is an accident on the car. And these people completely lied to me and told me there were no accidents on the car. They did something what is called Carfax fraud. I will be exploring all legal options at this point, I would completely stay away from this dealer. If you like, you can contact me and I will prove their fraud.

  I purchased a 2012 528 CPO in July. The process was smooth and my sales rep is a good lady. They didnt have two keys for my car so they promised they would send one right away. A week or two later, i received my new second key. They also told me that they would pay for me to get it programmed, since i live too far from the dealership they said to send them a receipt, i got the key programmed in Sept sometime and sent the receipt right away to my sales rep. Sales rep has been helpful, BUT i have yet to receive my check for the amount that i paid. It looks like i will have to file a dispute with my credit card to get that money.
